This month I revisited the topic of Mindset. In order to have Mindset transformation you have to make a conscious decision to develop healthy thinking patterns. I believe the 1st step towards this is awareness. Where are you currently?

Thank you, Lynn. Honestly, thinking positive is essential for success in any endeavor. Therefore, “thinking” has a lot to do with all aspects of human? behavior — positive or negative.
I take a holistic approach. Personally, I block out what I need to and embrace what I find worthy and of good nature. Again, thank you for bringing about this need to be aware of how we’re thinking, Lynn.
Great feedback George! I think that says a lot about where you are in life when you understand when to block out certain thought patterns and behaviors associated with those thought patterns and when to embrace it. Kind of like the AA serenity prayer.
